THE PLANNING

Brooke and Seth were sweethearts to work with! Rustic Elegance Owner, Kellie, did most of the planning with the bride’s mom, Lori. Then about a week before the wedding, the couple’s lead planner Danielle joined in via Zoom with Kellie and the bride to go over all of the details. The RE team was so excited for our first time out at Next Chapter Winery to celebrate with the couple and their 125 guests!

THE MORNING

When the wedding day arrived, everyone was filled with anticipation and excitement! The RE team was on site to greet vendors and help set up decor. It was an overcast day with a chance of rain, so we were also keeping an eye on the radar to see if the rain would require the ceremony to move indoors. The couple’s friends, along with RE, worked together to set-up the linens, burlap, and wood slices in the reception area, along with the place settings, drinkware, and centerpieces. Corey Allen Designs was also busy on site setting up flowers and delivering personal flowers to the wedding party. They were so stunning and matched the couple’s wedding aesthetic perfectly!

Meanwhile, the wedding party was on site getting ready. The ladies did their own makeup while Nicole with Merite Hair Salon helped perfect their hair before slipping into their dresses. We are obsessed with the flowy boho vibes of Brooke’s bridal gown from Ivory Bridal Co!

Once everyone was ready, Cameron & Tia got set up for the first looks. Brook did a first look with her dad, followed by a first look with her groom. They were both so special!

We were so pleased that the weather held out so the couple and their wedding party could get photos outside on the gorgeous grounds of Next Chapter Winery. Cameron & Tia nailed it as always!

THE CEREMONY

Due to the rain, we had to make a decision about 15 minutes before guest arrival on where the ceremony would be taking place. Per Brooke’s mom, we decided to have the ceremony inside the pavilion and guests sat at their assigned tables. Jackie and Jeff, the owners of the venue, kindly set up 2 rows of chairs at the front for the family to sit in! The RE team relocated the seating chart and asked the greeters to have guests look at the seating chart as they arrived. It started raining right when the ceremony started at 3:30pm, so we were glad we had moved it inside. The couple got to have the outdoors behind them during the ceremony, so they were still able to have the outdoor ceremony vibes!

The RE team helped carry umbrellas to get people to the pavilion for the ceremony. Once everyone was seated, we began sending the wedding party down the aisle. The grandparents were included in the processional which was so fun! Brooke then made her grand entrance escorted by both of her parents. You could feel the love in the room!

The couple shared a special ceremony with their friends and family. With the groom’s father officiating, it made it even more meaningful! Oh, and we have to give him credit as it was his first time officiating a wedding and he did amazing!

Brooke and Seth shared a long awaited kiss before making their way down the aisle and slipping away to sign their marriage license!

THE RECEPTION

Once the ceremony wrapped up, guests moved to the cocktail hour building. The RE team continued to shelter guests with umbrellas as they made their way through the rain. Upon arriving at the building, they were met with butler passed appetizers from Vittles Catering & Kabomelette and an open bar with drinks served by Next Chapter Winery! While guests were enjoying cocktail hour, the RE team was busy setting up the pavilion for dinner. The venue’s team moved the ceremony chairs and we added buffet tables in their place.

It was then time for the RE team to shuttle guests back over to the pavilion under our umbrellas so they could get seated for dinner! Once everyone was back in their seats, the bride and groom were announced as the new Mr and Mrs!

It was then time to dig into the delicious dinner! Vittles Catering & Kabomelette provided a delicious salad and pasta bar, while Brick Oven Bus was waiting outside for guests to grab a slice of pizza. This was such a fun idea! Rachel from our team held an umbrella over guests heads as they walked from the pizza bus to the pavilion. During dinner there were fun speeches from the maid of honor, best man, and parents of both the bride and groom.

When dinner wrapped up, guests moved from the pavilion back into the building for the dance. The couple did their first dance followed by the traditional parent dances. The bride even got her family in a group dance at the end!

Meanwhile, the vendor teams were cleaning up the dinner space. The caterer cleared plates/drinkware, the RE team gathered all items to pack into cars (which had been pre-discussed), and the venue team removed linens and took care of the garbage. It was truly the dream team!

While the RE team was busy packing up cars per our cleanup package the couple added on, the catering team kindly set out the cupcakes and the couple's cutting cake for us! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed these delicious treats from Sotalicious!

The remainder of the night was filled with loads of fun! The rain came down hard, but the guests danced harder. Let’s just say Anna with Adagio DJ knows how to keep a party going!

Brooke + Seth, you were a pleasure to work with and we hope marriage has been nothing short of amazing! Thank you for having Rustic Elegance on your team!

Big shoutout to Cameron & Tia for sharing these wonderful photos with us!
