THE PLANNING

Danielle and Ben were SO much fun to plan with! We say this a lot, but seriously, the couples we get to work with are just the best! The RE Team was honored to help this couple coordinate their lovely day at Furber Farm to celebrate with their 215 guests.

THE MORNING

When the big day arrived, the wedding party was on site bright and early to start getting ready. The ladies were accompanied by First Looks LLC for makeup, and one of the bride’s friends for hair. The beauty team had all the ladies looking beautiful! Once everyone was ready, Danielle slipped into her gown from Raffine Bridal that fit her like a glove. She was such a stunning bride! Meanwhile, the vendors were hard at work preparing for the day ahead. The RE team greeted vendors as they arrived and set up decor. Furber Farm’s team was busy setting up the chairs for the outdoor ceremony that was quickly approaching!

Danielle then stepped outside to do a sweet first look with her dad. Allison Hopperstad Photography captured their emotions perfectly in these photos!

The bride was then led over to her groom for their first look. We love the pure joy on their faces when they see each other! Allison Hopperstad Photography then took the couple around the venue to get portraits, including a few with their sweet dog who was wearing an adorable “Best Boy” bandana!

The wedding party then joined the couple for a few fun group photos. In case you hadn’t realized yet, the groom has quite the love for the American flag! Ben and all of his groomsmen had jackets with the American flag on the inner liner. We loved this fun touch! This also made Furber Farm a great fit for the couple, as they have a massive flag hanging in the barn!

THE CEREMONY

Guests were invited to come early and have drinks on the patio prior to the ceremony. As ceremony time arrived, the RE team began inviting guests to take their seats in the chairs on the front lawn. The florals added by The Wild Orchid were the perfect touch to this outdoor ceremony!

Once everyone was seated, the RE team began directing the wedding party down the aisle. Ben escorted his parents, then returned to walk their dog, Elway. The 6 bridesmaids and groomsmen then made their way down the aisle and took their places. Following closely behind was the flower girl and 2 ring bearers. One of the ring bearers was the couple’s son, Graham, who was one and a half. This was so cute!

It was then time for the bride to make her grand entrance with her father. The moment brought happy tears to everyone’s eyes! After sharing a hug with her dad, the couple joined hands to share a sweet ceremony. They wrote their own vows, which made it even more special! The couple then shared a long awaited kiss and made their way down the aisle, celebrating as husband and wife!

THE RECEPTION

As guests made their way to cocktail hour, the RE team moved the ceremony decor to the reception space and placed the bouquets at the head table. The couple provided chargers that the RE team set out, and wood slices that vases of flowers from The Wild Orchid were placed on. The space was the perfect combination of rustic and elegant!

Guests were enjoying the indoor and outdoor bar, along with prepackaged snacks as appetizers that the couple provided. As cocktail hour wrapped up, the RE team began inviting guests into the reception space. Upon entering, they grabbed their escort card from the table in the entryway, and made their way to their seats.

Once everyone was seated, the wedding party did a grand entrance from the top of the stairs. When they made their way down, they took a seat at the grand head table of 21 people! The couple entered and went directly into their first dance. This is such a fun idea as everyone is seated and attentive. You don’t have to worry about your guests missing this special moment! Plus, it was such a fun transition for Morrison Media to capture for the couple’s wedding video!

The bride’s dad then said a welcome before inviting guests to enjoy the delicious buffet from Tinucci’s! Near the end of dinner, the RE team cued the 4 prepared speeches and the couple’s thank you speech. Everyone was then invited to enjoy yummy desserts from Nothing Bundt Cakes! These bundtinis were displayed on our Woodsy Collection dessert stands that the couple rented. It matched the vibe of the space perfectly!

We then moved the table back for the couple’s parent dances, and to prepare for the dance party to come! The bride and groom each shared a sweet moment with their parents before Adagio got the party started!

After dinner, the couple had a fun surprise for their guests. The Snapshot Photo Camper arrived as a late night activity! This cute camper is always a huge hit, we love seeing guests have a great time capturing pictures.

As the night progressed there was a late night snack delivery of Pino’s Pizza, which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone! The rest of the evening was filled with drinks, dancing, and socializing - the perfect way to wrap up this day of celebration!

The couple added on our clean up package, so the RE team made sure to pack up decor and place it in the correct areas before the night came to a close. Guests were then safely shuttled back to their hotel by the Sharaton in Woodbury

Danielle + Ben, you two were so much fun to work with and we loved celebrating you! Cheers to many years of love ahead!

Big shoutout to Allison Hopperstad Photography for sharing these wonderful photos with us!
