THe planning

Working with Ashley & Matt to plan their wedding at Camrose Hill Flower Farm was a dream! We love doing weddings in this always stunning space, filled with flowers and intimate settings throughout. Ashley & Matt planned their special day with lead planner Kellie, nailing down all the details ahead of the big day. They were so sweet to work with! The couple also worked with Allison at Ultimate Events to rent the chairs, linens, silverware, napkins and cocktail tables for the big day. The details were coming together, and before we knew it, the weekend was here!

RE helped lead the rehearsal the night before the big day at Camrose Hill, walking through the ceremony with the bridal party & officiant.

The morning

The ladies prepped for the morning in the bridal suite arriving early to get their hair & makeup done with Nay Danger Style. There were 6 bridesmaids & groomsmen on both sides, making a fun big group to spend the day with. The ladies sported beautiful floral patterned bridesmaid dresses and we loved how unique they were!

Lead planner Kellie & assist Kierra worked to place decor throughout the space, including RE table numbers, our tall chalkboard with a custom design by the lovely Kierra, and our dessert pedestals. Gifts were placed on the Camrose Hill wood wagon - fun way to collect all the goodies! For the desserts, we helped place them on the hutch that Camrose Hill has onsite and it was such a stunning display of all the sweet treats. They also had a setup for a Poloroid guest book, which is always a fan favorite from guests.

One of the amazing parts about getting married at Camrose Hill is their flower packages. The team at Camrose Hill helped do the arch for the ceremony, vines/greenery in the tent, florals for the wedding party. Camrose also provides real candles, that gave a beautiful glow as they were lit into the evening.

The CEREMONY

The morning of the wedding day there was good luck rain (as we call it in the wedding industry) and we had to make the tough call to move the chairs from the outside ceremony site to inside the barn. Once inside the barn, we worked to wipe them all down so they were dry for guests to sit! Thankful for the family & wedding party that helped the RE team do this in a timely fashion. The team at Camrose Hill worked to move the floral features & arch from outside to the inside space, which was so stunning. There were about 150 guests arriving and ready for the ceremony inside the barn.

After everyone took their seats, a guitar player from Adagio started strumming as the wedding party glided down the aisle. They walked to “I Won’t Give Up” and the bride and her dad walked down to the classic “Cannon in D”. Since the couple opted not to do a first look, this was their first time seeing each other that day and it was such a precious moment in time!

After the ceremony was done, the chairs then were moved to the reception space to the guest tables!

The RECEPTION

Even with the drizzling rain, guests were still able to enjoy the beauty of the flower farm. Guest tables were dressed with Camrose greenery, floating candles, RE table numbers and stunning votives. All table settings had a linen napkin, tied with twine, and a small leaf in the twine. The ambience was to die for!

The couple and wedding party did their grand entrance to the beat of “Now That We Found Love” by Heavy D and the boys. After their entrance, the bride’s dad did a welcome speech, and the groom’s mom did a prayer. Then it was time to eat! Deco Catering provided the buffet for dinner and the food was over the top delicious. As the night grew on, it became a little bit chilly, so Ashley put on her cute bride jean jacket and then danced the night away with her new hubby and their friends and family, thanks to the DJ skills from Adagio!
