THE PLANNING

We know… we say this a lot, but Jenna and Matt were just the sweetest! We are so lucky with the couples we get to work with. Jenna was very organized, which always makes the planning process even smoother! Kellie and Jenna did all the preplanning and then the couple’s lead planner, Marissa, joined in the meetings a few weeks before the big day. This is a great time for our couple to bond with their lead, ask any questions, and go over details. After wrapping up the meeting, we were ready to celebrate their wedding at Circle B with their 240 guests!

THE MORNING

The wedding party arrived bright and early to get ready in their respective suites at Circle B. The ladies were busy getting their hair and makeup done with Blissful Beauty who left them looking absolutely stunning! What were the guys up to you may ask? They played Xbox and watched football until it was time to put on their suits and have the RE team help with their boutonnieres. Jenna then slipped into her gown from Ivory Bridal Co. She looked beautiful and made a stunning bride!

Jenna did a first look with her bridesmaids, followed her father, and of course her groom. They were all such special moments that Kacey Wyrick Photography captured perfectly! The day was overcast with a chance of rain, so the RE team had to be weathermen all day keeping an eye on the radar. The sun would peek in and out, which provided a lot of different lighting opportunities for photos! Kacey Wyrick Photography did an amazing job capturing couple portraits and group shots in the varied lighting.

Meanwhile the RE team was helping to set up decor and Simple Elegance by Georgia was busy setting the flowers out. Not long later, the RE team pulled the wedding party aside for a quick day of rehearsal. We love to run through the ceremony on the day of the wedding. You can find out why on this blog post!

THE CEREMONY

The ceremony took place at the venue’s pond location and it was so pretty! The venue provided the arch and Simple Elegance by Georgia decorated it with greenery. We also added our ceremony doors at the start of the aisle!

The bride really wanted an outdoor ceremony, but with the rain coming we didn’t know if it would happen. We almost had to use the rain back up plan, but lead coordinator Marissa stuck to her guns as she knew how important an outdoor ceremony was to Jenna. Thankfully, we missed the rain by 30 minutes and had a successful outdoor ceremony!

One of the couple's bridesmaids, Paige, sang live as guests arrived. This was such a special touch! Once everyone was seated, Matt made his way down the aisle with his parents, followed by the couple’s large wedding party. They had 8 bridesmaids, 9 groomsmen, and grandparents in the processional. Scarlet, their flower girl walked down the aisle with her dad. She was just 1.5 years old and absolutely adorable! Jenna then entered with her father. Her veil ended up flying off in the wind, but it just made her entrance more grand! She looked absolutely breathtaking! The couple shared heartfelt words and sealed the moment with a kiss before making their way down the aisle as husband and wife!

THE RECEPTION

After the ceremony, guests made their way upstairs for cocktail hour. The rain started about 30 minutes later and didn’t stop all night. We were thankful it held out for the ceremony! The RE team then began directing guests to the dinner space to take their seats. This grand area of the barn was stunning!

The wedding party then began their grand entrance. When the couple entered, energy was high! Jenna and Matt went directly to the dance floor and into their first dance. This was a fun setup since everyone was paying attention and wouldn’t miss the special moment! The bride’s grandpa, Jerry, said a prayer before the RE team began dismissing tables to the delicious buffet provided by This Little Piggy. There were a few speeches during dinner, which guests had enjoyed listening to while they finished their meal!

For dessert, the couple selected Sweet Cakes - Nothing Bundt Cakes. Since they are located right by our office, we offer to pick up your bundt cakes and transport them with us to the wedding. RE Assistant, Carlie, picked them up for Jenna and Matt, safely delivering them for all to enjoy! We placed them on the venue's hutch, and guests loved them so much we could barely keep them stocked quick enough!

The couple then did their parent dances, before DJ Cody C opened up the dance floor to everyone! There was a good mix of people dancing and people chatting at their tables throughout the night. Both the upstairs bar in the loft, and a main bar downstairs stayed busy all night but This Little Piggy kept the line flowing swiftly!

Later in the night, Dominos pizza filled everyone up as they danced the night away! DJ Cody C (who we love working with), kept the dance floor packed all night until it wrapped up at 11:30pm. Renee’s Limousines safely transported everyone to their hotels at the end of the night, with the last shuttle leaving at midnight. The RE team made sure everything was cleaned up and appropriately packed away per our clean up package that the couple opted to add on.

Jenna + Matt, working with the two of you was a dream! We hope marriage has been nothing short of amazing!

Big shoutout to Kacey Wyrick Photography for sharing these amazing photos with us!
