THE PLANNING

Jordan and Craig were so wonderful to work with! They had lots of fun ideas for their wedding. We couldn’t wait to pull together the celebration for them and their 130 guests at one of our favorite venues - Redeemed Farm!

THE MORNING

The bride and her ladies arrived bright and early to start getting ready with Payton’s Parlour and BEAUTYXSAL. The glam team worked together seamlessly to make these ladies feel their best for the big day ahead!

The couple actually owns their own photo, video, and photo booth business called Golden Moments Productions. To represent their company and provide a fun activity for their guests, the couple opted to use one of their photo booths. This meant Craig was also on site that morning, and set up the photo booth! Meanwhile, the RE team was busy placing decor and greeting vendors. The Redeemed Farm team is also a great help with directing vendors as they arrive!

Once the entire wedding party was on site, everyone enjoyed a quick lunch. We always remind our couples to have lunch for themselves and the wedding party. We don’t want anyone getting sick or simply getting hangry because they forgot to eat!

The RE team of Kellie and Amy then made their way into the groom’s room to help pin on boutonnieres while Jordan slipped into her dress from Effie's Bridal Shoppe with her mom.

Once everyone was ready, the bride did a first look with her gals. Their reactions were a perfect description of how beautiful Jordan was as a bride!

Jordan then did a first look with her father. Moments like these are so sweet to witness, and Cameron & Tia did an amazing job capturing it!

It was then time for the couple to have their first look together! They shared sweet words that brought both laughter and tears before melting into each other with all that overflowing love and excitement that comes with the wedding morning! The couple took portraits around the venue (including a couple with their pups) before having the wedding party join them. The bride’s aunt, Lori, was in charge of the florals. They turned out stunning and matched the wedding attire perfectly!

As photos wrapped up, the RE team pulled the wedding party aside for a quick day of rehearsal. You can read all about why we love doing rehearsals on the wedding day HERE. Once we finished the rehearsal, the couple and witness signed their marriage license so they wouldn’t have to worry about it after the ceremony as they were doing a receiving line.

THE CEREMONY

The couple opted for their ceremony to take place in the stable at Redeemed Farm. There were floral boxes lining the aisle and the couple also provided signs at the entrance. Jordan and Craig brought the beautiful cross which stood behind them at the altar! As guests arrived, they grabbed a paper program and took a seat.

Once all of the guests had settled into their seats, the RE team began directing the wedding party down the aisle as we practiced during the rehearsal. The groom was escorted by his parents, followed by the grandparents and the 5 bridesmaids/groomsmen, flower girl, and ring bearers. It was then time for Jordan’s grand entrance! The RE team shut the doors after the wedding party made their way through, and reopened them when we heard the first notes of “Never Til Now”. There was not a dry eye in the room as Jordan made her way down the aisle with her father!

The couple shared a sweet ceremony officiated by a cousin. It was his first time officiating a wedding and he did great! They did a unity symbol which consisted of assembling a cross and there was one reading. Jordan and Craig then shared a long awaited kiss and made their way down the aisle as husband and wife! They returned to dismiss each row and say a quick hello to each of their guests. As they wrapped up, Kellie was there to greet them with their favorite drinks to get the party started!

THE RECEPTION

After everyone was dismissed from the ceremony, they made their way to cocktail hour to enjoy appetizers from Donatelli’s and drinks served up by Liquid Motion. The couple had two signature drinks, moscow mules and margaritas, which guests loved! Redeemed Farm also provided yard games for guests to enjoy! The couple’s photo booth from Golden Moments Productions was located in the pavilion and was a huge hit!

When it was time for dinner, the RE team began inviting guests to find their seats in the barn. The couple opted for assigned seating with a seating chart. If you are still trying to decide if you should have assigned seating or not, check out our blog HERE for some helpful tips!

As guests made their way to their seats, they were met with simple, elegant decor. The tables had table numbers provided by the couple with bud vases and greenery provided by their florist. The head table was located at the back of the barn facing the guests. Jordan and Craig opted to add linens to just the head table to add a special touch for the VIPs which was so pretty! The RE team also moved the ceremony decor to the front of the table, which gave it that extra “wow factor” as it overflowed in florals!

Speaking of VIPs, this group had a lot of fun with their grand entrance to the reception! The girls entered together, followed by the boys, then of course the bride and groom! When the excitement calmed down, the couple said a welcome speech and invited everyone to enjoy the buffet from Donatelli’s.

As dinner wrapped up and speeches ended, the bride snuck out for a quick dress change! Upon her return, there were plenty of sweet treats waiting including cookies from Eileen’s Colossal Cookies and an ice cream cart from Honey & Makies Ice Cream. Everything was so delicious!

Everyone then moved back into the stable where Redeemed Farm’s team had flipped it from the ceremony to the dance space! They kicked it off with the traditional dances including the couple’s first dance and the dances with their parents. Instant Request then opened up the dance floor to everyone and kept the party going for the remainder of the evening!

As the sun began to set, Cameron & Tia took the couple out for sunset photos. During this time they added their lock to Redeemed Farm’s collection. Special details like these made perfect clips for Venture North Media to add to their wedding video!

Everyone spent the remainder of the evening dancing, socializing, and using the photo booth that had been relocated to the stable. In the meantime, the RE team was busy cleaning up the reception barn and making sure everything ended up in the correct locations per our clean up package that the couple added on.

As the night came to a close, guests had the option to take a shuttle back to the hotel and head out for a bar crawl! It was the end of an amazing day celebrating the happy couple!

Jordan + Craig, we had so much fun bringing your beautiful wedding day to life! We hope marriage has been nothing short of fantastic.

Huge thank you to Cameron & Tia for sharing these wonderful photos of the day with us!
