Rustic Elegance provides professional wedding coordination and event services in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Services include day-of coordination, backyard and tent wedding planning, decor rentals, and photo booth rentals. Details are as follows:

Wedding Coordination Services

Day-of Wedding Coordination (aka “day-of management”)

  • Aisle Planner access: checklists, guest list, RSVP tracker, seating chart, budget

  • Timeline creation and vendor contact list; week-of recap meeting

  • Venue layout design for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flow

  • Vendor liaison day-of: greet, direct, answer questions, distribute tips/payments

  • Decor set-up & styling: ceremony, head table, guest tables, signage, dessert display

  • Cue processional, music, and wedding party; manage ceremony timing

  • Guest flow & reception management: grand entrance, speeches, dances, dinner timing

  • Rain/backup plan implementation and on-the-spot problem solving

  • Lead coordinator + assistant on site

  • Scope note: Includes the above deliverables plus venue-specific tasks documented in your master plan

Clean-Up Coordination (Add-On; not available standalone)

  • Dessert display clean-up; late-night snack set-up (yes, including greeting the pizza driver)

  • Decor breakdown and careful packing into designated vehicles

  • Shuttle coordination; bonfire start & s’mores set-up (if applicable)

  • Space reset (chairs pushed in, surfaces cleared)

  • Availability: Only when paired with a Coordination/Backyard package

Backyard Wedding Package (required for home/backyard weddings)

  • On-site consultation: tent placement, ceremony options, parking, catering layout, power

  • Rental coordination with tent company; adjust orders as guest count changes

  • Oversight of tent delivery and set-up; pre-set as much as possible (Thursday/Friday before)

  • Layouts for optimal flow and guest comfort; guidance on dance floor and lighting

  • Vendor access planning (staging, load-in routes, power distribution)

  • Scope note: Private-property logistics documented in your master plan

Backyard Elite Package

  • Everything in Coordination + Clean-Up + Backyard Package

  • Event space design: overall look, linens, florals, lighting/installs

  • Communication with up to three selected vendors (e.g., caterer, bar, florist, band/DJ, photographer, desserts, restrooms)

  • Additional touch-base meetings; option to hold meetings on-site

  • Expanded team on wedding day: lead coordinator, two assistants, two production staff

Rental Decor Package (Elegance Package)

  • Exclusive access to Rustic Elegance’s full decor inventory (sofas, harvest tables, wine barrels, signage, dessert stands, etc.)

Wedding Decor Rentals

Rustic Elegance provides a curated collection of wedding rentals for events across Minnesota.

  • Items include: Dessert stands, sofas, signage, harvest tables, wine barrels, and other decor.

  • Availability: Rentals available with or without coordination services.

  • Rental Terms: Weekend rental (Thursday–Monday). Pick-up in Plymouth, MN, or delivery available for larger orders and coordinating clients.

  • Payment: Orders under $500 require full payment at booking. Orders over $500 require 50% deposit at booking, balance due before the event.

Photo Booth Rental

Rustic Elegance offers a modern photo booth rental.

  • Photo Booth ($475): 6 hours of service, unlimited digital sharing (text/email), photo/GIF/Boomerang modes, customized backgrounds, and full digital gallery.

  • Backdrop & Stand ($150): Black sequin, light gold sequin, or iridescent white sequin (8’ x 7.5’).

  • Delivery & Takedown ($150): Setup and removal within 30 miles of Minneapolis (additional mileage available). Delivery fee waived if Rustic Elegance is also providing coordination services.

Customization options include backdrop selection, photo layout, and design templates with couple’s names and event details.

Do you provide clean-up services after the reception?
