The Elegance Package Plus

This package includes everything in our Basic Package, Basic Package Plus and Elegance Package! In addition to these services we will also help with deciding on vendors.

  • Includes everything in our Elegance Package (below) + help deciding on vendors

  • Choose 3 vendor categories you would like help booking from: Caterer, Bartender, Photographer, Videographer, Officiant, DJ/Music, Florist, Hair, Make-up, Desserts

  • We will contact 3 stellar companies in these vendor categories and will confirm if they are available and request pricing info. We will then send this info to you to make the final selections

    We will accompany you to 3 total meetings with vendors from above categories (this can include the final walk through at the venue)

* The actual payments for these vendors is not included in the package price

* This package is offered on a limited basis, based on available dates

* The actual tent rental fee is not included in any of our packages


The Elegance Package

This package includes everything in our Basic Package and Basic Package Plus. In addition to these services, ALL of our decor items are included and also delivery and removal of these items!

  • Exclusive access to all of our decor / rental inventory, which allows you to mix and match decor through the planning process and not worry about availability or cost per item

  • Decoration and styling of event spaces on wedding day

  • Delivery + set-up / removal + take down of all our decor items

  • Includes an additional meeting dedicated to talking about decor

  • A style board will be provided showing the decor we will be bringing in

  • Work with our chalk artist to create a custom designed chalkboard sign (welcome, bar, ceremony, menu, schedule)

The Basic Package PLUS

This package includes everything in our Basic Package in addition to taking care of the clean up so you and your family don’t have to worry about a thing ! We promise - your aunt and bridal party will also appreciate not having to do this at the end of the night!

  • Includes everything in our Basic Package (below) + help with clean up

  • The reception area will be kept clean! Collect dirty glassware + monitor garbage’s

  • Bathroom checks will be done to make sure they are clean and stocked

  • Start the bonfire + set out s’mores supplies

  • Set out the late night snacks (and greet the pizza man)

  • Coordination of sparkler send off with the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Greet the shuttle driver and confirm running times

  • Pack up all the decor, blow out candles, remove linens, clean up the dessert display (saving any leftovers), collect gifts/cards, and place everything safely back in designated cars


The Basic Package

We worry about all the logistics and details so you and your family can enjoy every minute!

  • Unlimited phone and email consultations + two in person (or zoom) meetings

  • Ten hours of assistance from lead coordinator + assistant on wedding day

  • Full access to Aisle Planner, which will track: month to month tasks, guests, RSVP’s, seating chart, payments due and budget

  • Vendor recommendations that are the best in the biz with competitive pricing

  • Pre-negotiated deals with select vendors

  • A layout of the venue to ensure the space is utilized to its full potential

  • Expert assistance in creating the overall look + feel of your wedding

  • Extensive master “day of” forms will include all the moving parts, decor and timing which ensures events will happen on schedule and that no small detail will be forgotten

  • Set-up of decor including: ceremony (marriage license, unity symbol, programs), head table, guest tables, guest book, gift/card table, dessert display, place cards, seating chart, guest favors, signs, bug spray/sunscreen, bathroom supply basket, yard games, kid activities

  • Corsages and boutonnieres distributed and properly attached in time for photos

  • Candles will be lite or turned on by the time guests arrive

  • Vendors greeted on arrival and directed where to go. Answer any questions they may have and distribute any final payments or tips due to them as needed

  • Direct a day of ceremony rehearsal (normally an hour before the ceremony)

  • Happily greet guests + direct them to take their seats to ensure the ceremony starts on time

  • Queue the ceremony music and direct the wedding party to when its time to start processing down the aisle

  • Implement the preplanned rain back up plan if needed

  • Move ceremony decor and to the reception

  • Organize the moving of ceremony chairs to the reception if needed

  • Move any guest tables/decor off the dance floor to make room for dancing


Backyard Weddings:

We want to make sure all logistics and details are covered to create a successful and beautiful backyard wedding! This package is offered as an add on to the above packages only.

  • On-site consultation by one of our backyard wedding experts. We will talk about tent placement, ceremony options, parking, etc

  • Assess what rental items are needed (tent, tables, chairs, linens dance floor, lighting, etc.). We work directly with the rental company to get a quote for these items. Actual cost of these items not included in the package pricing

  • Communicate any changes needed with the rental company as your guest count goes up/down

  • By using one of our preferred vendors for the tent/rentals and having us be the direct contact with them, in most cases they will apply a 10% discount off the total bill for the these items

  • We will be on site to help facilitate the tent delivery and to direct the set-up crew, making any changes needed to optimize space and flow

  • On the same day the tent is delivered, we will pre-set and prep as much as possible for the big day (usually the Thursday or Friday before your wedding)

  • Our team will assist with a ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day (on the same day as the tent delivery)


Other Add-On Options:

The below options are available to add onto any of our above packages

  • Hanging Tent Light Strings (only available only for smaller tents)

  • Custom chalkboard lettering

  • Direct the rehearsal prior to the wedding day 

  • Additional coordinator on the day of the wedding day (required for tent weddings over 175)

  • Delivery + removal of our larger rental items

  • Coordination of the rehearsal dinner party

  • Week of confirmation emails sent to vendors

  • Our rental decor is priced per item - all prices listed on our website

  • Out of town weddings: We charge $.55 per mile for weddings over an hour from Minneapolis, and also ask that a hotel room be provided for us the night before and night of the wedding
